“Mate, at first I was skeptical as it doesn't have strong rosemary or mint flavors like one has come to expect from anything lamb...however a sprinkling of The Four Saucemen The lamb Rub on lamb shanks, means that when I take a bite......my eyes involuntarily close, rendered and tastey fat dribbles down the chin, the scent spice fills the air, my mind is flown to somewhere in the Mediterranean... perhaps to the night markets of Marmaris.

You open your eyes expecting to see veiled belly dancers and shisha smoking camel traders...instead you re at a bbq, having drinks with some great mates!
